I know what you mean [about the crying]
I hardly ever cry, so when I do it's usually 'cause of all the bottling I've done finally bursting. Sometimes when I cry I kind of think of myself as a separate person and think, "Why am I crying? This is ridiculous. I shouldn't be crying." and things like that.

But sometimes it just feels good to let it all out.
Relief is a great reward after going through so much. I think that's why so many people smoke, sometimes.
